Warehousing organically.
All organic certified products imported to the UK need to be added to an organic license held by a UK certified organisation, and if consolidated then appropriately certified warehousing used.
Missing either of these steps would mean goods cannot be sold as organic in the UK, regardless of any organic certificate held from country of origin or your customer.
How it works.
Organic certifiers require evidence of organic goods passing through a complete value chain, where products are under ownership of the certifier of record and warehoused in registered, certified facilities.
There is no way around this, unless you send organic goods to a customer who is acting as your importer of record and has added your products specifically to their organic license.
