Start where you're comfortable. Most brands begin on Distribution and move to Growth or Accelerate as confidence and velocity build. Progression between tiers is always optional and agreed together at annual review — there is no automatic escalation.
On the marketing budget: The percentages shown are guidance, not a contractual floor. Every brand's situation is different — budget, category, existing UK awareness, and channel priorities all shape what makes sense. We work collaboratively to build a curated marketing plan that fits your ambition and your means. What we will say honestly is that brands who invest in launch activity reach velocity faster. We will always tell you what we think will help, and always leave the decision with you.

A workable net price (EXW)
We collect from your factory or warehouse and build our margin, distributor margin, and retail margin from your EXW price. Headroom at the net is essential for a sustainable UK channel.
Full UK exclusivity
Across all channels including Amazon and D2C. This protects your brand, controls pricing across all routes to market, and prevents channel conflict that can undermine retailer relationships.
Shelf life on collection
Minimum 10 months remaining on all stock at point of collection. This is a firm requirement of our retail partners and wholesale network across all tiers.
We start with an exploratory phase. Before either party commits, we make a targeted set of buyer calls, return with confirmed retailer interest, and agree the channel plan together. Minimum term is three years, with annual review points and six months' notice to exit — enough stability to invest properly in your brand's UK future, with genuine accountability built in on both sides.
